Join us as a graduate planner and you'll help to shape the future of places. You'll be part of a large, friendly team with an outstanding track record in development management, planning policy and consultancy services. This is an unrivalled opportunity to be involved in a wide range of work. What you'll be doing:
  • processing planning and other related applications concisely, accurately and in a timely manner
  • preparing reports and recommendations
  • providing pre-application development management and planning policy advice on planning matters to your clients
  • being proactive and problem solving to achieve deliverable outcomes
  • working under minimal supervision to ensure client requirements are met
What we're looking for:
  • a graduate with a relevant RTPI accredited qualification
  • exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • a good understanding of the planning process
  • the ability to work with a range of clients
  • good IT skills, including experience with database and spreadsheet packages
  • a good team player who can work collaboratively.
