Penguin Recruitment is pleased to present a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to join one of the leading Developers in the Northwest!

My client is one of the UKs most successful land promotors, who’s Cheshire based team are now looking to make the additions of an exceptional Graduate Town Planner to their dynamic team.

This superb opportunity is well suited to a Graduate with (or soon to be completing) an RTPI accredited degree, who is looking to kick-start their Town Planning career. The successful candidate will support the planning team with the progression of sites through the planning application and Local Plan promotion process. This role is also open to candidates who hold a planning related undergraduate degree who are open to studying a part-time RTPI masters alongside their work.
