Graduate Town Planner (MSc) - Cheltenham
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Permanent, Full-Time

Are you a recent MSc graduate in Town Planning with a passion for shaping communities and sustainable development? We are working with a prestigious planning consultancy in Cheltenham who are looking to expand their team by bringing on a talented and driven Graduate Town Planner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate to gain exposure to a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will be supported in their professional development and be given the tools to progress through their career in a growing and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing planning applications, reports, and assessments.
2. Work closely with senior planners and other teams to deliver planning solutions.
3. Conduct site assessments and surveys, and contribute to planning strategy development.
4. Help manage client relationships, providing excellent advice and communication.
5. Stay up to date with local planning policies, regulations, and emerging trends.
6. Contribute to the preparation of masterplans, development frameworks, and planning documents.

Key Requirements:

1. MSc in Town Planning or a related field.
2. A passion for town planning and urban development.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. An eagerness to learn and develop within a supportive environment.
6. A full UK driving license (desirable, but not essential).
