This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to gain hands-on experience in a primary school setting. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with KS2 pupils, offering targeted 1:1 and small group support to help them develop their learning and confidence. You will assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, provide interventions, and support pupils with varying needs.

The school is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate who:

1. Holds a degree (any subject, though education-related is desirable).
2. Has a genuine interest in working with children and supporting their learning.
3. Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
4. Is considering a career in teaching or education.
