Pay: Earn up to £100 a day as a Graduate Teaching Assistant depending on degree and experience

Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Contract: Long-term, Full-time

About the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant where you will play a crucial role in both the classroom environment and the children's learning journey, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities for Graduate Teaching Assistant:

1. Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.
2. Provide 1-1 support for children with SEN.
3. Adapt learning materials and resources to meet the needs of every child in the classroom.
4. Support social and emotional development for all and be a positive role model.

Requirements for Graduate Teaching Assistant:

1. Minimum education - Undergraduate Degree.
2. Experience working within the education sector is desired.
3. Academically strong and enthusiastic about education.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
6. An enhanced DBS on the online update service is desired but not necessary.
