Job Description
Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting initial interviews.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage job postings on various platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs.
Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct on-boarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Graduate Talent Acquisition Coordinator should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
A genuine passion for recruitment and talent management.
Proficiency in recruitment software and platforms.
