Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Surveyor to join a dynamic Family Office, who own and manage a diverse portfolio, including residential, commercial, leisure, and rural land assets. This role offers exceptional hands-on experience across multiple property sectors while supporting your APC (RICS) qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a residential portfolio of ASTs, licences, and farm business tenancies, handling renewals, rent reviews, and new lettings.
  2. Support land and estate management, including planning applications, site inspections, and tenant liaison.
  3. Assist with development appraisals and financial modelling for commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
  4. Work on estate projects, including land boundary reviews, planning applications, and estate improvements.
  5. Provide support in identifying new site locations, lease negotiations, and renewal strategies.
  6. Oversee building & project works, ensuring maintenance, contractor management, and ESG improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Property-related bachelor's or master's degree (or AssocRICS qualification).
  2. Knowledge of landlord & tenant law, planning, and development.
  3. Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with asset management software (Re-Leased) is a plus.
  5. Full UK driving licence required.
