The role

As a Trainee Survey Engineer, you will play a vital part in this dynamic role. You'll assist in setting up, testing, and operating various cutting-edge survey and positioning systems. You will also have the chance to participate in collecting, organising, and presenting results from diverse survey sensors around the world.

The role of a Survey Engineer is varied and offers the opportunity to collect, arrange and present results from various survey sensors across the globe. You will gain immersive experience, where you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and contribute to the impactful world of survey engineering.

Upon joining us as a Trainee Survey Engineer, you will participate in a 4-week training programme which will give you the essential skills and knowledge you need. The programme includes both theory and hands-on based learning which will give you the best start to your career as a Survey Engineer.

Who we’re looking for:

You aim to contribute to a safety-focused survey environment and enhance your skills in survey practices. Problem-solving in the face of technical challenges excites you, and you thrive in the dynamic field of survey operations. You possess a proactive, can-do attitude and enjoy collaborating as a team player.

You will have a hands-on approach and enjoy fixing, maintaining, and understanding how equipment operates. Working as part of a small team will be second nature to you, and you will enjoy working with others to achieve the same goal. You will also have a qualification related to an Engineering discipline or will have experience in a similar role.
