About the Role
Are you passionate about making student voices heard? Do you want to shape the student experience while gaining valuable skills in advocacy, engagement, and project management? This is your chance!
Be the voice of graduate students by ensuring their feedback is heard and acted upon while working closely with students, university leadership, and the Students' Union. This dynamic role offers hands-on experience in student engagement, communication, and data analysis, allowing you to lead exciting projects and initiatives that directly impact student life. With no two days the same, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful change and shape the Bath Spa student experience.
In this role, you will manage student feedback systems like Unitu and initiatives such as You Said, We Did, ensuring student voices are heard and acted upon. You'll organise focus groups and university-wide surveys to gather insights, while also creating engaging campaigns and events to promote student experience. You will be building strong relationships with student representatives, academic departments, the SU and university leadership. Working with our data insights team, you'll be able to create fun/informative content that helps us to share findings with students and staff.
(This is an 18 Month Full Time Fixed Term Role)
About You
You will have experience using IT tools such as Microsoft Suite and cloud-based platforms and will be eager to enhance the student experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences of all ages and backgrounds is essential.
You will have good organisation skills and be able to work to deadlines, as well as a creative, problem-solving mindset that thrives in a creative dynamic environment. Bonus skills include experience with PowerBI or analytical tools, knowledge of user research and inclusive feedback methods, and a background in event or campaign coordination.
