TS Recruitment is working with a leading Dry Lining Contractor to recruit a Trainee Site Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop technical expertise, and grow into a senior management role.

Competitive Salary: £120 per day / £30,000 per annum

Your Role & Responsibilities:

1. Assist and report to the No.1 Site Manager
2. Oversee drywall & ceiling packages on high-rise residential projects
3. Manage direct labour & subcontractors, offering technical guidance
4. Ensure quality control & maintain accurate project documentation
5. Conduct site inductions & toolbox talks
6. Organise labourers & fixers to keep the project on track
7. Order materials and maintain commercial awareness
8. Support and learn from senior site management

About the Company:

3. Clients: Tier 1 Main Contractors
4. Projects: High-rise student accommodation & residential building

What We're Looking For:

1. Strong technical knowledge of drywall & ceilings
2. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
3. A background as a fixer OR a graduate eager to learn
4. Good IT skills & ability to complete technical reports
5. A Full UK Driving License
