We create smart innovations to meet the mobility challenges of today and tomorrow. We design and manufacture a complete range of transportation systems, from high-speed trains to electric buses and driverless trains, as well as infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility solutions.

Alstom is the UK & Ireland’s leading supplier of new trains and train services, and a leading signalling and rail infrastructure provider. This Graduate role will be based in our Services business. The location will be Derby, Litchurch lane and the Talent Development programme commences on the 2nd September 2025.

You will complete a two-year accredited development programme whilst providing a tangible contribution to the success of the team. During the programme, you will undertake a series of rotations around the function gaining an understanding of the business and the service operation lifecycle. Developing your knowledge during your time at Alstom is key, along with developing your skills, experience and leadership mindset.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

You will need a minimum 2:1 BSc (Hons) in a Business/Management related degree. Candidates must have excellent problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude and a passion for making things happen.

If you are successful at this stage you will receive further communications from us in due course, explaining in detail the next steps of the selection process which will include an Online Test and Assessment Centre, together with approximate timelines for each.
