Who’s hiring?
Our client is a major player in the construction industry. Supporting businesses with cement, aggregates, ready-mixed concrete, asphalt and more, they’ve worked on huge national projects such as HS2 and the Olympic Stadium.

Established in the 1800’s, they’ve risen to now enjoy a global presence within their market and are seeking a graduate to start in the London sales team.

What would my role be?
Working as an inside sales executive, you’d be based out of their Greenwich office.

Once fully trained, the goal within your position will be to help the team develop new business opportunities. This will involve a range of tasks such as proactively reaching out to potential clients, reacting to inbound leads, and liaising with the technical team on large projects.

There is no experience required for the role; it’s all about attitude & desire. Success in the position could open up a variety of opportunities, such as moving into a client-facing area sales manager position.

What are the company looking for?
You’ll be given huge levels of support & development, especially in the first 12 months of the role. Therefore, someone that is keen to learn and progress is key.

It won’t be easy, such is the nature of sales. A level of resilience is key, as well as a desire to work towards KPI’s and targets.

Finally, relationship building. You will speak to a variety of decision-makers each day, and having the confidence to build and develop new relationships will be crucial.
