Salary: £26k + commission

The Company
Established over 30 years ago, this technical company supplies raw materials that are key to several production processes across the UK and Ireland. Turning over around £50 million themselves, they are part of a wider business group that sees turnover of more than £400 million.

Role Overview
As an Internal Sales Executive, your first 12 months will be spent in a phone-based sales role. You'll speak to decision-makers across different industries and will be trained on how to up-sell, develop client relations, handle objections, and much more.

Responsibilities
80% of the role will involve dealing with active/previous clients, while 20% will focus on targeting new businesses. No experience is needed; just a hunger to get into the world of sales. Full training will be provided, both internally and through external providers.

Progression
There is huge scope for progression in this role, with the most likely initial route seeing you move into a more client-facing position in the field after excelling in the graduate role for a year.
