Two Year Graduate Program in Executive Search – September 2025 Start

Korn Ferry’s Executive Search business helps organizations recruit board-level, C-suite and Senior Executive talent to deliver lasting impact. Our approach brings together our research-based IP, proprietary assessments and behavioural interviewing with our practical experience to determine the ideal organizational fit.

As an Executive Search Graduate Research Analyst with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about our company, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team, and you will get to learn from solution and industry experts throughout the program through on-the-job and structured learning sessions.

This is a structured two-year program and is a hybrid role - there will be an expectation for all graduates to be able to work from our London office at least three days a week.

If you excel during the two-year program, you could be offered a permanent position.

To be eligible for the Korn Ferry Graduate program:

• You need to have graduated in 2024 or be due to graduate in June 2025.
• Be able to commit to a two-year program from September 2025.
• Korn Ferry is not able to sponsor applicants for these roles, so please note that you must have full permanent authorization to work in the UK - British Citizen / Settled Status (you will be asked to confirm this if shortlisted for interview).
• We look for a diverse range of skills and experience and are interested in candidates who are actively involved in extracurricular activities whilst successfully balancing academic study.
• You should be naturally curious and keen to use your analytical, problem-solving skills to generate creative solutions to client challenges.
• You must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems.
