  • Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
  • Location: Multiple Roles Across Manchester and Liverpool
  • Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week

Your new role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage your own specialist business and work in a commercial and entrepreneurial environment. You'll manage the whole recruitment cycle including:

  • Candidate Engagement: Look for and attract the best candidates by using effective hiring strategies. Support candidates through the job interview and hiring process to make it a smooth experience.
  • Client Growth: Create and maintain lasting relationships with clients and look for new opportunities to actively pursue new business. Know what clients need in terms of hiring and provide advice to find the right people for the job.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Work collaboratively with your team and encourage each other to achieve great results.
  • Leadership Partner Expertise: Expand your knowledge about your industry by making connections and keeping up with changes and new trends.
