The role itself:

Our London team specialise in the European markets recruiting within the IT and engineering sectors. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on the whole recruitment process from start to finish. This includes developing new business with target clients, building your digital presence through social media, LinkedIn, phone calls, and meetups, as well as sourcing the best candidates. You will build long-term relationships with both managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful recruitment process for all parties.
