Hunter Bond is a leading Fin-Tech recruitment brand working with best-in-market Clientele and Candidates. You will become an expert in high-end technology and financial markets, making the largest deal sizes possible, with the potential to earn £50k+ monthly pay cheques.

We are seeking money-hungry, driven, self-motivated trainee recruitment consultants to join our team. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, negotiating and closing offers. This is a truly entry-level role - you will be provided with industry-leading training, support and resources to be highly successful in recruitment.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  1. Managing the entire Candidate Recruitment Process
  2. Identify & Qualify: Source and approach potential candidates in a telephone-based environment, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements
  3. Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high-quality professionals
  4. Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads

Day-to-day activities will include:

  1. Sourcing and screening candidates globally
  2. Building relationships with candidates and existing/new clients
  3. Negotiating offers
  4. Updating and maintaining our in-house database
  5. Learning about technology and global financial markets

What we are looking for:

  1. Money-motivated, ambitious individuals with a keen interest in sales
  2. University level education or a background in sales/target-driven environments
  3. Proven work experience that demonstrates the desire to earn from an early age and throughout university
  4. A competitive, yet collaborative and supportive attitude
  5. Social personality and exceptional communication & people skills
  6. Self-motivated individual that enjoys working towards and exceeding targets
  7. Demonstrated resilience and perseverance
