Candidate Specification:

• Graduated with a 2:1 or higher in Education, Psychology, or a core subject degree.
• Strong academic background through GCSE and A-levels.
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards working with children.
• Ability to build effective relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
