About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Graduate Operations & HR Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our business. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone starting their career in business operations or HR and keen to gain broad experience in both fields.

You’ll work closely with the wider team to support internal processes, staff communications, and administrative functions, ensuring things run efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Admin Support

  1. Assist with planning and logistics for internal meetings, training sessions, and staff events
  2. Liaise with business partners and service providers to coordinate products, services, and schedules
  3. Research and source items such as branded materials and office equipment
  4. Support internal communications across teams and departments
  5. Support the wider team with strategic projects and operational improvements

HR Coordination

  1. Assist with recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
  2. Support onboarding of new employees, including paperwork, system setup, and welcome communications
  3. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, using our HR system (Breathe)
  4. Organise staff recognition moments such as birthdays and maternity leave
  5. Assist with Financial Planner apprenticeship enrolment and funding requests

What We're Looking For

  1. A recent graduate or equivalent, ideally with a degree in Business, HR, or a related subject
  2. Strong organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail
  3. Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
  4. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
  5. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take ownership
