Graduate Operations Analyst

Our client is a global name in investment management. Due to continued company success, they are now looking to add a Graduate Operations Analyst to their high-performing Investment Operations team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Graduate Operations Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

1. Responding to a broad range of client inquiries from both internal and external clients
2. Project managing all operational aspects of account openings and client transitions with internal and external parties
3. Coordinating events on behalf of clients from start to finish
4. Using clear communication skills to deal with client requests and operational issues
5. Building relationships with clients and ensuring service levels are met

The Graduate Operations Analyst will meet the following skill set:

1. Work experience within the investment management sector is essential
2. Degree educated with a 2.1 or above (or equivalent) (non-graduates may still apply if they have experience within the investment management sector)
3. Well-spoken and articulate by nature
4. Working towards the IOC or IMC qualification
5. A clear communicator with the ability to think on their feet
