What we are looking for

We’re keen to speak to driven, ambitious, and passionate people. You do not need to come from a medical or science background, and you do not need any prior experience to apply.

1. Full UK driving licence
2. Right to work in the UK
3. Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
4. Evidence of achievement outside your academic career
5. Ideally a 2:1 degree – any degree discipline will be considered although a general interest in science/medicine is important.
