Job description

Job Title: Graduate/Junior Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  1. As a Graduate/Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will be integral to the planning and execution of around 30 internal meetings, workshops, and seminars throughout the year, including our annual Christmas party. Your role will encompass the following:
Event Management:
  1. Organize and oversee all logistics for internal meetings, workshops, and seminars from inception to delivery.
  2. Collaborate with sales managers to identify relevant workshop topics and themes.
  3. Set up marketing campaigns within our CRM platform.
  4. Create and distribute marketing materials, such as invitation emails, newsletters, and social media content.
  5. Ensure all follow-up activities are completed, coordinating with the telemarketing and sales teams as necessary.
Event Logistics:
  1. Arrange catering services and coordinate the setup of office and meeting spaces for events.
  2. Work with the sales and lab manager to prepare laboratory areas for events when required.
  3. Organize event merchandise and name badges for participants.
  4. Manage guest access to the building during events.
  5. Welcome attendees on event days to ensure seamless operations.
Post-Event Activities:
  1. Develop and manage social media content before and after events to enhance engagement.
  2. Coordinate the collection and distribution of feedback surveys to gather insights from participants and follow up with invitees.
  3. Conduct debrief sessions with sales teams to discuss event outcomes and add leads to the CRM for further follow-up.
Team Collaboration:
  1. Assist the marketing manager and team with various projects and initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
  2. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  4. Proficient in time management and prioritization.
  5. Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively.
  6. A genuine interest in areas such as public relations, Google platforms, social media, and CRM systems.
