We are seeking Graduate Landscape Architects to support our planning and design teams. This role will suit a self-motivated individual looking to advance their career in an award-winning team that is growing and at the forefront of innovation within the wider business.

Role responsibilities include:

1. Working as part of a team to produce drawings and other technical documentation, including concise reports using appropriate software at various stages of development for LVIA, planning and design projects.
2. Be client facing, contributing to conference calls, meetings, and workshops, developing inspirational ideas to resolve complex project issues.
3. Utilise your skills to embed placemaking and climate resilience into our projects.
4. Assist in project management responsibilities, including contractual, financial and programme management under the supervision of senior colleagues.
5. Ability and personality to establish strong working relationships with other members of the Landscape team and with multi-disciplinary teams across the business.
6. Respond to client requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Degree or master’s in landscape architecture
2. Knowledge and understanding of UK legal planning system with respect to landscape architecture
3. Experience of working / desire to work on high-quality landscape and/or townscape and visual impact assessments and appraisals
4. Fluency in English, excellent report writing skills and ability to communicate effectively to internal and external clients, both verbally & in writing
5. Good Microsoft Office skills essential such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Experience of some or all the following: AutoCAD; Adobe Creative Cloud; Civils 3D; and Revit
6. Self-motivation, enthusiasm, hardworking, with ambition and drive. Excellent research skills.
7. Ability to work flexibly under pressure, responding to changing project and programme demands.
8. A full driving licence would be beneficial as the role will involve travel for site surveys often with equipment.
9. Previous work experience in a landscape architecture environment would be beneficial.
