We are seeking Graduate Landscape Architects to support our planning and design teams. This role will suit a self-motivated individual looking to advance their career in an award-winning team that is growing and at the forefront of innovation within the wider business. Role Responsibilities:
  1. Working as part of a team to produce drawings and other technical documentation, including concise reports using appropriate software at various stages of development for LVIA, planning and design projects.
  2. Be client-facing, contributing to conference calls, meetings, and workshops, developing inspirational ideas to resolve complex project issues.
  3. Utilise your skills to embed placemaking and climate resilience into our projects.
  4. Take a key role on a range of regionally significant projects, including exemplar regeneration, environmental enhancement, and infrastructure schemes.
  5. Be supported in expanding your experience and developing your career within a structured, friendly team environment.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree or master’s in landscape architecture.
  2. Knowledge and understanding of UK legal planning system with respect to landscape architecture.
  3. Experience of working / desire to work on high-quality landscape and/or townscape and visual impact assessments and appraisals.
  4. Fluency in English, excellent report writing skills, and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
  5. Good Microsoft Office skills essential such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  6. Experience with AutoCAD; Adobe Creative Cloud; Civils 3D; and Revit is a plus.
  7. Self-motivation, enthusiasm, hardworking, with ambition and drive.
  8. Ability to work as part of a team and independently without losing initiative & focus.
  9. A full driving licence would be beneficial as the role will involve travel for site surveys.
  10. Previous work experience in a landscape architecture environment would be beneficial.
