JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Assisting in the management and delivery of construction projects
2. Managing project risk
3. Build relationships across our business and clients to ensure we deliver great service
4. Visit properties to carry out inspections or conduct client viewings
5. Ensuring the integrity of project reports
6. Support the Project Manager in leading a team to achieve the objectives of an individual project
7. Ensure the effective management and control of change, risk and actions
8. Planning key tasks
9. Data management
10. Procurement
