Role:
OSC is seeking a Junior/Graduate Marine Consultant to become a member of its team. The Junior/Graduate Marine Consultant will work in multiple disciplines and offshore sectors, including, but not limited to, renewables, construction, oil and gas, and provide advice for environmental impact assessments, licensing, equipment specifications, project design and management. Experience in the field is preferable and knowledge of the following are desirable: cameras (RGB & IR), sonars, C-PODs/F-PODs, noise measurement, Passive Acoustic Monitoring (arrays/buoys/static recorders), ADCPs, acoustic releases, buoys, mooring configurations, etc.
The successful candidate will be involved in project management with the support of the Consultancy team, liaising with and building positive relationships with stakeholders and clients, as well as preparing and submitting tenders and proposals, marine licensing, EIAs, and client reporting.
