As a Graduate IT Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in client implementations, user support, and software testing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-minded graduate looking to gain hands-on experience and develop a deep understanding of business software solutions.

• Test new software developments
• Provide online and phone-based system support
• Log and manage support calls
• Assist with project management for new client implementations
• Answer phone calls and support customer queries
• Carry out general administrative tasks
• Opportunity to develop your own software features

You're a proactive graduate who loves technology and problem-solving. You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• A degree in IT, Business, or a related subject
• Excellent IT skills (you'll become a “superuser” in our system within four weeks!)
• At least one year of work experience
• A Full UK Driving Licence (for occasional client visits)
• Any experience in Construction or Joinery is a bonus
