Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer

Location: Durham

Salary: 24,000 - 28,000.

An environmental consultancy with a team of experienced specialists is seeking a Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer to join them on a range of projects across the North East. With nearly 20 years in business and a variety of projects to work on, this consultancy has the resources and experience to support you in your career development.

The Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer role will involve:

  1. Phase 1 Desktop Studies
  2. Phase 2 investigations
  3. Factual and interpretive report writing
  4. Client liaison
  5. Borehole logging
  6. Groundwater and gas monitoring
  7. Soil logging

The Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer selected will receive:

This Geo-Environmental Engineer selected will have:

  • A degree in geology, engineering geology, civil engineering, geoscience, environmental science, or similar.
  • (Ideally) experience as a geo-environmental, engineering geologist, or geotechnical engineer/consultant, working on site and in the office.
  • A clean and valid UK Driving licence.
  • Commutable to Durham.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
