Here, you'll develop sought-after commercial skills that will allow you to understand and interpret a business's financial strength, and you'll gain a deep understanding of trade finance and credit management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make recommendations on credit decisions for new and existing customers by interpreting financial reports (profit and loss statements and balance sheets).
2. Review credit reports and consider international geopolitical risk factors.
3. Authorize trade credit of up to $1m.
4. Present analysis and recommendations to Director level for credit exposures of up to $10bn.

You'll have good attention to detail and possess strong communication skills as you will be speaking to international clients regularly.

Perhaps you already have credit risk assessment and analysis skills and gained experience as a credit analyst, or you may be a recent graduate starting your career. It's more important that you've got an appetite to learn and want to develop.
