Graduate Fast Track Programme - Sales & Account Manager *The approx start date for this role is w/c 11th August 2025*

You will work with the country’s leading hospitality and entertainment brands; go through an extensive training programme and be mentored by one of our leading senior sales and account team. You’ll be based in our award-winning Glasgow head office with regular travel throughout Scotland; a fantastic work environment and benefits package; and the opportunity for career progression and leadership opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will be paired with a Senior Account Manager who will coach & mentor your development over a six-month period, at which point you will ‘graduate’ to become an independent team member. Your initial focus will be on new business development, and then you will progress to account managing these businesses. This is a challenging role with longer-term leadership potential for the right person.
You will be given the support you need to grow while challenging yourself and developing your own skills. You’ll also spend time in other departments across the company learning different skills and gaining insight into the overall business.

If we progress your application, the first stage will be a short one-way video interview to find out a little more about your experience, then candidates who are shortlisted from this will be invited to an in-person interview at our Glasgow HQ. If you progress to the final stage, you will be asked back for a second interview/graduate day with some in-office tasks designed to give you a flavour of the type of things you would be doing in the role. We expect the full interview process to take around 4-8 weeks (for candidates who complete all three stages).
