About Our Client
Our client is a professional body working across the UK. A new opportunity for a bright events management graduate with completed placement in events to join this forward-thinking business.
Responsibilities
- Organise, promote, and host the Association’s webinar series.
- Work with our outsourced provider to organise and deliver the Association’s events programme.
- Organise and co-ordinate the speaker programme with the CEO and Head of Technical Insight.
- Develop effective communication strategies to promote the events.
- Maintain an overview of the budget.
- Co-ordinate and evaluate the event feedback.
- Organise the awarding and the promotion of the Association’s award programme.
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance marketing strategies across social media, e-mail communications, and websites.
- Create digital content.
- Work with the graphic designer to develop video content.
- As a brand guardian, ensure that marketing and communication activities are delivered in an accurate, consistent, and professional manner.
- Support the day-to-day tasks of the marketing and communications team.
Skills Required
- An Events/Marketing Degree – must have covered modules in events and marketing to be considered.
- Placement year – within the sector.
- Experience in email marketing.
- Experience of managing content.
- Understanding of digital marketing.
- Understanding of digital analytics and reporting.
- Detailed knowledge of social media monitoring tools and digital platforms.
- Previous experience of using content management principles and applications.
- SEO, email marketing platforms, and social media tools.
- The role is office-based, but the company has a flexible working policy.
- Support to study professional qualifications to support your CPD.
- Aviva Pension – company contributes 6%.
- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10%.
- Flexible working – ideally need a person in 5 days a week to start off with to obtain all necessary knowledge and training before looking into hybrid options.
HOURS OF WORK: (35 Hours) Mon-Thursday 9-5pm, Friday 9-4pm
HOLIDAY: 24 days holiday and the offices are closed for 3 days over Christmas each year.
