The Role...

We have a brand-new opportunity for a Graduate Environmental and Sustainability Advisor, who is based in the UK, to join our team.

You will be supporting the delivery of environmental excellence in the business; providing environmental advice and education, assuring regulatory compliance, and promoting environmental innovation to deliver sustainable growth.

Here are some of the activities you'll get involved with...

  1. Support the production of environmental assessments and management plans in line with the environmental management system.
  2. Monitor, analyze and report environmental performance to the business and to clients where appropriate.
  3. Assist in environmental incident management supporting the E&S team in responding to and investigating incidents and near misses.
  4. Carry out inspections and audits of our facilities, sites, and projects to ensure compliance with ISO 14001, permits and environmental legislation.
  5. Assist in promoting a positive environmental culture and the delivery of environmental awareness training.
  6. Aid with the implementation of business environmental and sustainability initiatives, plans and strategies.

A relevant degree in an environmental discipline or equivalent experience in an environmental/sustainability role are essential.

A full and valid UK driving licence is essential, as the role requires you to drive to various sites across.

Capability to understand environmental plans, reports and environmental data.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
