The Graduate Talent Development Programme will start on the 2nd September 2025
Roles available are:
You will complete a two-year accredited development programme whilst providing a tangible contribution to the success of the team. During the programme, you will undertake a series of rotations around the function gaining an understanding of the business and the service operation lifecycle. Developing your knowledge during your time at Alstom is key, along with developing your skills, experience and leadership mindset.
You will have the opportunity to complete on the job learning, which is complemented by a modular personal development programme. Supported by a mentor, you will work towards gaining a relevant professional qualification.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
You will need a minimum of a 2:1 BEng (Hons) or MSc in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Embedded Software. Candidates must have excellent problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude and a passion for making things happen.
