Position: Graduate Engineering Geologist

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £27-30,000

This is a brand new, exciting opportunity in Edinburgh for a graduate engineering geologist to get hands-on experience within the geotechnical contaminated land industry, with a highly reputable multi-disciplinary consultancy renowned for their high-level contaminated land reports and geotechnical design. This role is based in Edinburgh and will suit someone with a passion for geology and site work in varied projects.

What We Are Looking For:

1. A bright, ambitious driven individual, who is willing to learn and progress
2. Passion for geology
3. Good communication skills
4. BSc/MSc in Geology or closely related subject
5. Full UK driving licence
6. Based in Edinburgh

Typical Graduate Engineering Geologist Duties Will Include:

1. Soil and ground monitoring
2. Geotechnical testing
3. Ground investigation report preparation
4. Geo-environmental risk assessments
5. Geo-environmental sampling
