Graduate Engineer – Technical Sales

Monday - Thursday: 8am -4pm & Friday: 8am - 2pm (occasional flexibility as required)

£25,000 - £28,000 per annum

People Solutions are looking for a Graduate Engineer with an interest in Technical Sales to work for our client based in Walsall.

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Gain in-depth product and industry knowledge, learning directly from experienced professionals
  • Work with clients tounderstand their engineering challengesand offer tailored technical solutions
  • Use yourengineering backgroundto provide expert advice and support to customers
  • Be involved insite visits and client meetings, travelling within a 20-mile radius of the office
  • Play a key role in promoting the company’s solutions and driving business growth

Essential Skills:

  • A degree inany engineering discipline
  • A genuine interest intechnical sales and customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • A proactive and motivated individual eager to learn and grow within the business

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge ofCAD and CNC machining
  • Previous experience in acustomer-facing or sales role
  • An understanding of engineering components and manufacturing processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Training:
