Job Description

Program participants will have 4 placement rotations:

  1. Technical - Process, Quality, Data Analysis
  2. Lean Methodologies - TPM Project, Shop Floor Daily Management
  3. Supervisory - Front Line Leadership, People Management, Customer Interaction
  4. International - Cross Functional Working for a wider business understanding

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  1. Bachelor's degree (or close to graduation), in relevant discipline.
  2. Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, social, or student organisations.
  3. Fluent in English, both spoken as written.
  4. An additional language like Dutch, French, Swedish, German or Lithuanian is an advantage.
  5. Willingness to travel and the flexibility to temporary relocate as part of a program rotation.
