Graduate E-Commerce Executive

As a Graduate E-Commerce Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients' e-commerce operations and contributing to the launch of an exciting new website project. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, website management, and supplier engagement within a fast-paced online retail environment.

Our client is a multi-channel e-commerce retailer based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. They specialise in home and garden products.

What You'll Need:

1. A keen interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
3. Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
4. A proactive and adaptable approach to learning new systems and platforms
5. Basic web-based skills, such as managing online content and working with digital tools
6. Experience with photo editing (a plus, but not essential)

Your Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the day-to-day management of our e-commerce websites
2. Work closely with suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and sourcing new opportunities
3. Support marketing initiatives, including promotions, content updates, and website enhancements
4. Monitor product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimisation for sales performance
5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve website functionality and customer experience
6. Report directly to the Managing Director, gaining valuable exposure to business strategy
