As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers on major rail infrastructure projects. You will gain hands-on experience in design, construction, and project delivery while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of rail infrastructure projects, including track, bridges, and station upgrades.
Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to support project execution.
Perform technical calculations and contribute to engineering reports.
Work with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Support project documentation, planning, and coordination.
Engage in professional development and mentorship programs.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (recent graduate or final-year student).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Enthusiasm for rail infrastructure and a keen interest in engineering design and construction.
Familiarity with industry software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, etc.) is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work on-site when required.
