Graduate sales opportunity in Melton Mowbray

If you’re a graduate, seeking sales in or around Melton Mowbray, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Who’s hiring?

This business produces noise control products and equipment for a wide variety of sectors and applications, manufacturing panels that can be used to curate rooms, windows and walls across buildings.

They sell into a variety of sectors, such as medical, education, music, military, energy and loads more! One particularly notable client is the National Health Service.

Set up in the 1970s, they currently sell all over the UK and Ireland, with big expansion planned for 2025 following recent investment.

What will you do?

Working as a Business Development Representative, your role will be to prospect potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels. There will also be several inbound leads given to you.

This is an entry-level role, meaning the first few months will be focused on training and development. Once up and running, you’ll begin your path to progressing into a full closing role, where you can complete deals and manage client relationships independently. In addition, there will be opportunities to progress into a client-facing role.

The role is Monday-Friday, with 4 days in office and one day work from home – office based in Melton Mowbray.

Who is the ideal candidate?

There is no experience needed for this role, but an attitude to learn (and occasionally get things wrong!) is very important.

The right person for this role will be naturally confident, comfortable working towards targets and have huge enthusiasm to develop their sales skills.
