Salary: £28,000 basic + Uncapped OTE (£50,000+)

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business within the aviation sector, working with high-profile clients such as international airlines, major airports, and leading aviation tech companies. This is a global sales role, with opportunities for international travel and career progression into account management.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the aviation sector
Engage with senior decision-makers, including COOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Sales Leads
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct research and generate leads
Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and negotiations
Attend industry trade shows and network with key stakeholders
