Building Services Management programme:

Graduate/Trainee

You will be working within our Construction London & Home Counties business, where you will:

  1. Be part of a structured development programme that covers a range of personal development and technical themes. All our training workshops are heavily practical and grounded in real life scenarios. We have a large community of apprentices, graduates and undergraduates currently in the business and plenty of experienced colleagues who get involved in supporting the programme.
  2. You'll also be offered a professional scheme mentor, to help you expand graduate membership of your specific chartered body or expand your knowledge as a trainee.

What are we looking for?

  1. As a graduate, you will have a good understanding and enthusiasm for your chosen career path. A recognised degree in Building Services or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  2. As a Trainee, you will be HND qualified/working towards or obtain a similar level of qualification.
  3. Come from an Engineering background and/or have experience working in construction/design whether through work experience or a year placement. Not essential but preferred.
  4. Have a passion to develop within the role to advance to the next level.
  5. Be flexible to be located in an office or site and willing to work on multiple projects if necessary, supporting the Senior Building Services Managers within the business.
  6. You should also have the ability to travel or drive to remote site locations and ideally some exposure to a construction/engineering environment.
