Graduate Bid Writer - Role:
As a Graduate Bid Writer at KHIPU Networks, you will be integral to our bid team, assisting with the creation and management of high-quality proposals. You will have the chance to develop your writing and research skills while working in a collaborative, supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to start their career in bid writing and content management.

Graduate Bid Writer - Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing and submitting detailed, well-crafted bid documents
2. Research and gather information relevant to bids and proposals
3. Work with different teams across the business to ensure the content is accurate and persuasive
4. Maintain and update bid templates and documentation
5. Ensure compliance with bid requirements and guidelines
6. Support the Sales Team in developing strategies to increase bid success
7. Proofread and edit bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact

Graduate Bid Writer - You:

1. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
2. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
3. A team player who is comfortable working collaboratively, occasionally in a virtual environment
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word
5. Good research skills and an ability to gather relevant information
6. Highly organised with strong time management skills
7. A degree in English, Communications, or a related field (or relevant A-levels/GCSEs)
