The Role
As a Graduate / Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the smooth running of the project. Your role will involve:
- Assisting with site supervision and subcontractor coordination.
- Monitoring construction progress and reporting on key milestones.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed on site.
- Supporting quality control and maintaining high construction standards.
- Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Recording daily site activity and workforce levels.
- Helping to identify and mitigate project risks.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A relevant degree/HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to learning.
- A passion for the construction industry and a willingness to develop.
