Start Your Quantity Surveying Career with a Leading Consultancy. Are you currently studying for your Quantity Surveying degree, or recently graduated? Are you eager to kick-start your career with a highly respected consultancy that will invest in your development? If so, this opportunity is for you. We are seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and highly regarded practice based in Edinburgh City Centre.

This is an exciting chance to work with industry experts, gain hands-on project experience and develop your skills within a dynamic and supportive team.

Role/Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting senior Quantity Surveyors in delivering cost management and procurement services across commercial, residential, retail and leisure projects.
  2. Assisting in preparing cost estimates, tender documents, and financial reports.
  3. Attending client meetings and site visits to gain real-world exposure to live projects.
  4. Working towards RICS chartership with structured support and mentoring.
  5. Developing your technical and commercial knowledge through hands-on experience and industry training.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Currently UK based with a right to work.
  2. Degree in Quantity Surveying (either currently studying or recently graduated), with any experience of working as a trainee/graduate Quantity Surveyor whilst studying an added advantage.
  3. A keen interest in construction, cost management and project delivery.
  4. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with great attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  6. A proactive mindset, eager to learn and develop within a leading QS consultancy.
