Role Overview

Our client is looking for a passionate and creative Graduate 3D Designer to join their team in Stratford. As a graduate role, this is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in exhibition design. You’ll work closely with the design team to bring concepts to life, working on a range of exciting projects in the exhibitions and events industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop 3D designs for exhibitions and event spaces.
• Work on projects from concept through to execution, interpreting client briefs and providing creative solutions.
• Use software like Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Studio Max with V-Ray, and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production and sales) to ensure designs meet requirements and budget.
• Support in creating technical drawings for production.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and innovations in design.
• Manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.

Key Skills & Experience

• Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in a design role (architectural, retail, or museum settings).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Studio Max with V-Ray, and AutoCAD.
• Strong eye for detail, balancing creativity with technical precision.
• Ability to manage the entire design process from concept to execution.
• Must be organised and work well under pressure.
• Team player with great communication skills.
• A proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
