Here at IMG, we pride ourselves on providing a fully integrated solution for sport. From strategy and advisory services to delivering content directly into the hands of the fan, we work as one to ensure that we are vital to our clients by delivering excellence and expertise at every touchpoint.

To support us in our mission, we are looking to recruit the next generation of junior, enterprising talent who will work proactively across a number of IMG divisions during the course of our 15-month Graduate Programme. Throughout your business unit rotations we will introduce you to projects working for the biggest rights holders in the world and give you the opportunity to work on multiple facets of our strategic partnerships, from marketing, events, strategy, digital, production and account management.

We are looking for well-rounded individuals with a graduate degree or another strong academic background who personify our company values of being bold, dynamic, united, authentic, and passionate. While you don’t need all of the skills below, they will certainly be beneficial when applying for a role:

1. Passion for the business of sports, with a clear understanding of industry trends and challenges.
2. A strong educational foundation that demonstrates an understanding of business principles and the ability to apply them in a sports-related context, identifying opportunities and driving value.
3. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to approach challenges creatively and find solutions under pressure.
4. Effective project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
5. Proficiency in fundamental business tools, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for clear and impactful presentation development.
6. A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse information, draw meaningful insights, and use data to inform strategic decisions.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person.
