Graduate Town Planner - Kent

Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)

1. Assisting with site appraisals and research into development potential.
2. Supporting the coordination and submission of planning applications.
3. Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate successful planning outcomes.
4. Contributing to the promotion of land through the Local Plan process.
5. Helping to prepare planning statements, appeal documentation, and community engagement materials.
