An established industry player is seeking a friendly GP Receptionist to join their supportive Medical Practice. We are looking for a GP Receptionist to join our large friendly Medical Practice looking after approximately 13,500 patients.
We have two surgery sites, one based at Knebworth and the other in Stevenage. You may be asked to work at either of these sites. You may also be asked to be flexible with your shift patterns as needed.
System One experience would be beneficial but not essential.
We are looking for a friendly, helpful candidate that will be responsible for meeting and greeting patients and assisting them with our new appointment system and delivering excellent customer service. You will be answering the telephone and assisting patients in this way also. The candidate needs to be a good listener, be empathetic and as helpful as they can be, especially to those patients that may need a little extra assistance. They will also help with any general queries and a variety of administration work needing to be processed throughout the day.
We are a supportive and forward-thinking Practice with an excellent Clinical Team. We are also a Training Practice for Doctors. We are supportive of personal development and ongoing training for all staff. We have a large administration team working together to ensure the smooth running of the Practice.
