Are you a pharmacist looking to work in a GP practice?
This role includes working in a clinical role in our GP practice to support medicines management and improve patient care. This will include reviewing repeat prescriptions, reauthorisations, undertaking medication reviews, and monitoring high risk patients to ensure safe and cost effective prescribing.
You will be based in Bryntirion surgery working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
There is professional support and engagement with the ABUHB medicines management team, and you can join the ABUHB network of practice pharmacists.
