GP Partner

Due to an ever-increasing patient list of 15,200, Chilcote Surgery is looking to recruit a 6-8 session GP Partner to help meet the growing demand for high-quality healthcare in our community. We currently have a team of 8 experienced GP Partners, alongside 6 salaried GPs and 2 GP retainers, all working collaboratively to provide outstanding care with a focus on maintaining continuity. We all work with the wider multidisciplinary team, which includes 2 ACPs, a pharmacy team, and 3 GP assistants to reduce workload and support the admin side of being a GP.

Despite the current pressures, we continue to receive excellent patient feedback, reflecting the high standards of care we provide. In our last CQC inspection in November 2022, we proudly maintained our 'Good' rating, further showcasing our commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare.

Additionally, we are consistently high achievers in meeting QOF targets, with many members of our team actively engaged in achieving and exceeding these goals. We also hold a PMS contract, which provides us with greater flexibility and enables us to better serve our community. At the heart of our practice is a strong commitment to continuity of care. Our GPs prioritise building ongoing relationships with their patients, ensuring consistent care and better health outcomes.

We firmly believe that continuity in care helps improve patient satisfaction, enhances trust, and leads to more personalized and effective treatment. As a training practice, we welcome medical students, F2 doctors, and GP registrars to work alongside us, supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals, and are lucky enough to have several of our GP registrars join our team after training.
